Christin Johnson

Someone once told Christin, “If you want to be great, learn to be a servant.”  It’s advice she’s taken to heart, and it’s the reason she finds the food service industry so rewarding.  “I love knowing I've been a positive part of a guest’s day.”  She also loves the Smoked Douille dogs and Hibiscus Ginger Iced Tea available at her place of business.  The downside?  Not being able to gobble up what the bakers load into the pastry case on weekend mornings.
